Enriched Flour (Bleached Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Sugar, Enriched Wheat Flour (Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid, Enzyme), Dextrose, Buttermilk Powder (Pasteurized Cream), Cornstarch, Baking Soda, Salt, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Monocalcium Phosphate Monohydrate, Pasteurized Whole Egg (with less than 2% sodium silicoaluminate added as an anti-caking agent).

Directions

  1. Remove oxygen absorber and discard.

  2. Preheat a greased skillet to 375°F.

  3. Using the chart measurements, add cold water to pancake mix and stir. Adjust water as needed to achieve desired batter consistency. Batter will be slightly lumpy.

  4. Scoop batter onto greased skillet.

  5. Cook 1 to 1 1/2 minutes per side or until golden brown, turning once.
