Unscrew the tinder capsule and remove the quickLIGHT™ tinder.

Carefully unscrew the small brass screw inside the capsule. The screw is spring-loaded.

Remove the spring and any remaining flint.

Insert a new flint, replace the spring, and reinstall the brass screw.

Reassemble the tinder capsule and verify smooth wheel operation.
Tip: If a worn flint is stuck, insert a new flint behind it to push it out. If the spring binds during reassembly, remove the new flint and continue using the old one until it wears down further.
