Fit & Sizing Notes

The CM-8M® is offered in one universal size. Fit is similar to a CM-7M® medium and suits most average head sizes. It is not recommended for very small or very large head shapes. Always perform a negative pressure test each time the mask is donned to confirm an effective seal.

FAQ

Is the CM-8M® suitable for riot control?
Yes. The polycarbonate visor meets EN 168 impact standards, making it appropriate for riot control and crowd-management environments.

Can I use one filter instead of two?
Yes. A single filter may be mounted on either side to improve balance or cheek weld, with the unused port sealed.

Does this mask supply oxygen?
No. The CM-8M® is an air-purifying respirator and must only be used in environments with at least 19.5% oxygen.

Storage & Service Life

Store in a cool, dark, dust-free environment between 10 °C and 25 °C with humidity below 65%. Avoid sunlight, radiant heat, fuels, solvents, and ozone-producing equipment. Prevent deformation of rubber components during storage to preserve seal integrity and service life.
